Refund policy

All customized sales are final.  All invoices must be paid in full prior to beginning production of your custom request.  Digital proof for spelling and fonts are provided prior to beginning work.  Given the nature of a custom request, we are not able to sell that item to anyone else.  If there is a defect with your item, please let us know so that we may remedy.
